Muhammad Yussuf, A holder of an M.A. Degree in International Affairs, American University, Washington D.C. USA; B.A. (Diploma) in International and Comparative Law of Human Rights, International Institute of Human Rights, University of Strasbourg, Strasbourg, France. A former Deputy Permanent Representative of the United Republic of Tanzania to the United Nations; and former Inspector at the Joint Inspection Unit of the United Nations System in Geneva. Dr. Hassan Omar Ali is a holder of a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, University of Ottawa, Canada, (1996) and an M.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering, University of Ottawa, Canada, (1992). He did his under-graduate studies at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where he obtained a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987. Prof. Abdulaziz Y. Lodhi
Prof. Abdulaziz Y. Lodhi: A holder of a Ph.D in African Linguistics which he obtained in 2000 at the Goteborg University, Gothenburg, Sweden. He is also a holder of a Master of Arts Degree in African Linguistics which he acquired in 1994 at Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Swedish languages that he obtained in 1978 at the same University. He is currently Associate Professor of Swahili & Comparative Bantu, Department of Linguistics & Philology, at the Uppsala University, Sweden.
